We supply directly employed bricklaying gangs to main contractors and developers on new-build residential schemes.
Outer leaf and blockwork inner leaf, with insulation, wall ties, cavity trays and weep vents installed to the drawings.
Fair-faced work to the specified bond and joint profile, with reveals, sills, arches, corbels and soldier courses.
Load-bearing and non-load-bearing internal walls, partitions, piers and retaining structures.
DPC, cavity trays and closers, lintels and openings formed and sealed to the detail.
Boundary and garden walls, copings, paving and site brickwork.
Cutting out and replacing defective brickwork, repointing, and rectifying snagged work.
Bricklaying is done in gangs, not by individuals. We work two to a line so an elevation goes up to gauge in one operation, which is how packages are priced and how programme dates get met.
We supply labour, supervision, plant and small tools. Materials are normally supplied by the principal contractor, and all work is carried out on your site under a subcontract package. Our bricklayers are directly employed on PAYE rather than taken on day rate, so the same gang stays on your job from start to finish.
Every gang works to the drawings and the specification, checks its own line, level, plumb and perpends, and works to the site's risk assessments and method statements.
Within roughly 50km of our Hounslow base, which covers west and central London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and south Hertfordshire. Further afield by arrangement where the package suits it.
